ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

Organization and Oversight

The club officers and the Range Committee will be the primary persons to write and oversee that the rules are current for proposed uses of the Range.

Sign-Off Requirements

All individuals accessing the facility must acknowledge they comprehend and will follow regulations. Non-members sign only what applies to their specific event. Member guests must read and agree to Range Rules, with the sponsoring member ensuring compliance with General Rules.

Membership Identification and Guest Policies

Members must display their card while present. Guests require member accompaniment at all times. A member may bring a guest once a month or in the case of a visitor from out of the area, 4 times in a two-week period.

Operating Hours

The Range will be open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM or FWP Sunset, whichever comes first. Absolutely NO FIRING will take place after dark.

Additional Administrative Requirements

  • Paper targets supplied; members remove personal trash
  • Groups may schedule separate usage
  • Parking on the Range will be allowed no closer than 100 ft. from firing lines
  • Members monitor grounds and report maintenance issues
  • Members are responsible to keep the gate locked after entering and upon leaving

Enforcement

A Protest Committee elected by membership mediates officer decisions and handles grievances.

Penalties

  • Abusive language: warning or expulsion
  • Lapsed membership: no access
  • Substance use: prohibited shooting, warning or removal
  • Unsafe conduct: warning, expulsion, or membership termination
